This Site offers various products for sale, including but not limited to portable stoves, heaters, fans, and tornado fans (collectively, the “Goods”). All purchases of Goods through this Site are subject to these Terms of Use.

Certain weights, measures, and other descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of Goods, including the applicable colors, however, the actual color you see depends on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

Product Availability

We strive to provide accurate product and availability information on the Site for all Goods listed. However, items purchased may be subject to backorders or manufacturer delays. We will notify you within 30 days if the product you purchased is backordered or delayed.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. We reserve the right to charge the correct price or exchange rate for any Goods you order should the price displayed on the Site be materially incorrect when compared against the actual price or exchange rate that applies to your order.

We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate pricing information available to us. However, we do not warrant that any product prices, shipping costs, sale prices, discounts or applicable taxes displayed on the Site at the time of purchase will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is incorrectly priced or a typographical pricing error is discovered, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. In such event, we will notify you and provide you with the opportunity to maintain the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will automatically be cancelled and notification sent to the email address provided by you.

Shipping Policy

We will arrange for shipment of the Goods to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the Goods to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and processing fees.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable.

To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide the RMA number with your returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for purchase within 10 business days of receipt.

Modification and Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your order at any time before we ship it by contacting customer service at [email protected]. If an order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

The Site and all content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RoadPro or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
